The hotel is located right next to the main building and consist of 5 terraced houses. Single, double, triple, and family rooms are equipped with everything you need. Each room has a separate entrance, a terrace and Wi-Fi connection. The price of the hotel room includes breakfast and parking. During the dance and concert events, the entrance is free for hotel guests.

Booking:
- During low season, payment upon check-in.
- During high season, 25% of the total cost is paid when booking the room, the rest is to be paid 1,5 month before the arrival.
- In case of cancellation, the advance payment is not refundable.
- For cancellations made between 29 and 14 days before the arrival, 50% of the booking price will be charged.
- For cancellations made between 13 and 7 days before the arrival, 80% of the booking price will be charged.
- For cancellations made less than 7 days before the arrival, 100% of the booking price will be charged.
Payment terms:
Cash and cashless payments. Payment with a card is possible.
The hotel reserves the right to partially change the prices.
